Affordable and Safe Delivery Straight To Your Home!

• indicates delivery by truck. This delivery method is used for larger items such as cabinets and sofas. Presently, the delivery truck is available only within Peninsular Malaysia and Singapore. • indicates delivery by courier. This delivery method is used for smaller items such as home accessories, kitchenware, and accent tables.
• Delivery to East Malaysia only can be made by courier services for both items and items.
• Standard delivery charges by truck will be capped at RM 250 for a single delivery
• Delivery by truck is available for delivery on Monday-Saturday excluding public holiday. Delivery on Sunday and public holidays can be arranged by emailing us at info@finotti.com after completing your online transaction. There will be a surcharge for delivery on Sunday and public holiday.
• Our delivery will normally take around 3-5 working days depends on stock availability. Our delivery team will contact you 2-3 working days prior to actual delivery date.
• On-site assembly of items delivered by trucks is complimentary. Worry no more about assembling your furniture from scratch and let our dedicated and professional furniture delivery team help you at no additional cost. Please note that, at present, our team is unable to undertake installation works that require permanent fixing on your home’s physical structure such as wall drilling and installation of pendant lighting.

OUTSTATION DELIVERY

• Minimum purchase amount is required to proceed with the order for outstation delivery.
• The outstation promotional delivery fee is fixed at the above rate for a single delivery.
• Outstation promotional delivery rate above excludes delivery to islands without linked bridge.
• On-site assembly is complimentary.
• For the promotional delivery rate above, delivery date is subjected to Poh Tak truck’s schedule. We will deliver within the stated time frame above. The delivery date will be determined by Poh Tak delivery team and we will inform customer at least 3-5 working days prior to actual delivery date.
• Delivery time frame may extend if customer does not accept the first delivery truck schedule. Customer shall wait for the next truck schedule which may exceed the time frame provided above.
• Any last minute delivery date/address change that is made 2 working days before the delivery date will be subjected to a fee. The fee will be as per the delivery fee of RM150 (zone A) or RM250 (zone B) regardless of the order purchase amount.

At Poh Tak Furniture Mall, we aim to offer a wider range of furnishing styles and designs for you. To achieve this, certain items may only be produced specially according to order. Such items under the pre-order programme may be customised to your preference.

• Our delivery team will call to confirm your delivery date/address, once the date and address is mutually agreed, we will proceed to book a truck and arrange for delivery.
• You can call to change the delivery date/address but we need an advance notice of at least 3 working days.
• Any delivery date/delivery time/delivery address change that is made 2 working days before the delivery date will be subjected to a fee.
• The fee will be as per the shipping charge made during the purchase of the order.

• The above rate for disposal charges is for item(s) that can be dismantled only (customer must confirm that the item(s) can be dismantled).
• In the case that customer(s) is unsure whether the item(s) can be dismantled or not, please get advice from our delivery/retail team as the disposal charges might be different or additional charges might be incurred.
• Customer(s) MUST inform our delivery team/retail team in advance if there are item(s) for disposal.
